CO2 Is Messing With Our Food

The increase in atmospheric CO2 is changing the nutrient profile of our food.

Research conducted in China, Japan and Australia shows that excess CO2 causes plants to produce more carbohydrates while reducing protein and other nutrients.

More than 2 billion people worldwide depend on food staples like rice and wheat to meet their protein and nutrient needs. If their staple foods cannot provide the protein and nutrients they need, they may become malnourished.

Don’t keep this to yourself. Share with someone who needs to know and start a conversation.
