Our Youth for the Climate (OY4C) is a youth-led organization that offers climate education which aims to bridge the gap in knowledge that traditional schools don’t generally offer.
Ava Langridge founded the organization in 2021 when she realized “that the people who are going to be most impacted by climate change are the people who are the least aware of the ongoing crisis.”
OY4C is a grassroots organization that has leaders from all over the world. Initially the curriculum was delivered online and now OY4C is teaching in classrooms and offering their curriculum to schools to deliver.
