What is a flexitarian?

You don't have to become a full-fledged vegetarian to help the Earth's climate.

Start by adding a few more veggies and only cooking half as much meat.

This step alone helps reduce the greenhouse gasses created from farming your meat.

Even Food Network's Rachael Ray is getting into this flexitarian way of eating.

Once you’ve incorporated this idea into your own life, see if you can 10x the action.

This might mean working with your work cafeteria to offer veggie burgers or your PTA to replace hotdogs with mac ‘n cheese at the game-day snack shack.

Progress, not perfection, is the key to fixing our climate.
