Waste Not

6% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from food losses and waste.

More than half of this comes from consumers like us.

Reducing waste across the entire food system starts in our households. We can change what we buy, and we can teach our neighbors and friends to do so as well. And we can talk to restaurants and food stores as we take control of this issue.

Eating less isn’t the point. Wasting less is.
