Two truths and a lie

Remember the icebreaker game where you share three pieces of information. Two of them are true and one is a lie. The person you are playing with has to guess which is the lie.

Let’s play it with climate change.

  1. Most people don’t believe climate change is real.
  1. Only 9% of plastic ever made has been recycled.
  1. The snow season became 34 days shorter in the western United States between 1982 and 2016.

Which is the lie?

If you picked #1: most people don’t believe climate change is real, you are correct.  A Yale study from 2020 showed that over 50% of the U.S. population are concerned about climate change.

Share this with a friend and see what they guess.
