Support the education sector in advancing climate solutions

Large-scale climate solutions too often overlook the role education can play. When schools address climate action they prepare children to advance a more resilient, equitable future.

Not only can schools support teaching and learning about climate change, but they can take direct action to reduce their own carbon emissions. For example, they can transition to clean energy, such as solar, and switch to electric school buses.

Plus, the transition to clean energy in schools reduces energy demand and utility bills, generating savings schools can reinvest back into the classroom.

Learn more about how you can support climate action in schools in your community by visiting the Solar for Schools websites  (USA)  (UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Colombia and India).
