Green energy keeps people cool

The news of record-breaking heat has been coming from around the world this summer but in location after location renewable energy has managed to keep the grid from faltering under the burden of millions of air conditioning units pulling electricity from the wires.

For example, renewable energy in California made up 28% of the supply last year and jumped to 45% this year. Other countries such as Spain, Italy and Belgium saw a surgence in renewable energy.
