Don't mislead us

No one likes to be misled.

Greenwashing is when a company claims their product or service is better for the environment than it really is.

Sometimes the claims are subtle and we don’t give them another conscious thought but they still could influence our purchase decision.  And if we purchase the offering, we could be thinking we are doing our part for the environment.

These recent examples of greenwashing can give us a better understanding and awareness. And once we have this knowledge, we can use our money superpower and support only those companies that are truly having the impact they say they are.
