Come Walk With Me

Do you take walks? What do you notice?

What would others notice if you invited them to join you?

Communicating about what you see and how you feel about it and listening to others share their ideas is one way to build a community that cares about local environmental issues.

Walking helps to unplug from devices and newsflash syndrome, and connects you to your immediate environment. Walking helps to reduce stress and increase fitness and awareness.

Ask a friend to go for a walk.

Do it again tomorrow.

Your new habit will spread. It will matter.
